Vishakha holds the strong belief that pursuing quality education is the foundation of a successful career that not only helps a student but also the society as a whole! As a result, Vishakha, through AOEM and her experience spanning across nine years in Overseas Education Advising, is determined to counsel students, understand their hidden talents and capabilities, and help them carve a path that leads to more innovative, satisfactory, and impactful careers!

Anuradha Kavuri is a vital asset to AOEM, specializing in career counseling for our students. With a remarkable history of conducting over 4500 career counseling assessments for school and college students, Anuradha plays a pivotal role in guiding our students to choose the right course for their academic and professional aspirations. Her international certifications in emotional intelligence, and cognitive behavior therapy, and her status as a Global Career Counsellor (GCC) from the University of California Extension (UCLA) make her an invaluable resource in our mission to provide top-tier guidance to our students.

Anuradha's expertise in career counseling ensures that our students receive personalized and well-informed advice, helping them make the best choices for their educational journeys. As a certified Youth and Sexuality Coach from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences, she excels in addressing the holistic development of our students.
